Analyzer: windows-make: outline, we should figure.

We show the outline for creating "analyzer" .

    1. Analyse a hyhun line like "---" more continius when we read a file. 

		We read a char string.
		if the string has a "-" after a line-end, we put it another array as the biginning of it for analysation.
		after we found "---", we skip "-" amd stop put a string array if we we found the character except "-".

	2. Create a continus number file like "article-004".

		i++
		create string
