3d: windows-make: carry on cg_lootin.

We prepared 30 schema as the window lootin of tanion so that we could't be confused to execute lootin.
And, in the lootins for protection of resource on the memories we have the procedurelike initialize or start and release at the end.
And, for the above, we can run every process even for other purpose as carry on when you push enter( as returnable ).
